Rachel Bennett Receive James Beard Nod

Two women chefs in the Tampa Bay area are semifinalists for this year's James Beard awards.

Chef Jeannie Pierola of Edison Food and Drink Lab in Tampa, as well as Edison's Swigamajig in Sparkman Wharf, is a semifinalist for Best Chef, South. Pierola is also under construction on a new concept, Counter Culture, in the former Pach's Place space in South Tampa.
